With supported pillows to help you feel comfortable and secure, this full body therapeutic massage will enhance lower back comfort, relieve leg and foot tension and promote a sense of well being during this very important time in your life.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
After 14 weeks all prenatal appointments are done in a sideline position with prenatal body cushions. Teresa does not use the specialty tables with the belly holes in them because they are prone to cause more muscle ligament pain plus sideline is the safer choice for the baby. Teresa will discuss any pain or complications you are experiencing and together decide the best massage protocol.
*Please note that if you are experiencing a high risk pregnancy, a doctors consent is required prior to your first appointment.
